Black Professional Line Activators Sintesis Color Cream Toning Colors. Specially developed stabilizing oxidation emulsion. Provides the best results with tinting colors Black and others
This is the specific activator to be used exclusively together with the Colour-enhancing nuances.
- Formula with a low ammonia content
- They tone and refresh hair colour after decolourisation
- They neutralise any colour changes and tone hair streaks
- Suitable for use on the same day on which the hair is bleached
- They make hair superbly shiny
- Mix exclusively with the Black Professional Tone Activator (ratio 1:1.5)

- A flat shipping fee of QAR 20 applies to orders below QAR 350.

Returns & Exchange Policy
