This kit includes 1pc step 1 shampoo, step 2 fuid and step 3 mask. A treatment fluid that has been developed and supported by technology with effective elements and properties that close the pores and hair follicles by activating heat, thus it has effects that increase the softness and smoothness of the hair.
The hair is transformed into hair strands and more flexible and softer tufts when exposed to heat, and it is worth mentioning that the follicle pores reduce their loss of food and thus maintain the softness and health of the hair.
Floractive Ecoreduxer Progressive Brush is a treatment designed to reduce up to 100% of hair volume, as it has in its formulation Plant Extracts, blackberry Pectin and alpha hydroxy acids, and does not contain formaldehyde and does not burn the eyes.

Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping options across the State of Qatar:
- Free delivery on all orders of QAR 350 or above.
- A flat shipping fee of QAR 20 applies to orders below QAR 350.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days across Qatar.
- Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
- Delivery times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
