Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping options across the State of Qatar:

• Free delivery on all orders of QAR 350 or above.
• A flat shipping fee of QAR 20 applies to orders below QAR 350.
• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Standard delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days across Qatar.
• Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
• Delivery times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
• Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
